I've started baking sourdough bread and sourdough bagels in anticipation for our bed & breakfast season at the Cottage on Caledonia. Of course, the guests who arrive on baking day will enjoy fresh baked bread or bagels, but the reality is I need the right storage practices to ensure I can provide that crunchy crust and chewy sourdough flavour for a couple of days - my new bread bag does exactly that! I will probably need to get at least one more bag before our season starts in May.
